Orders and Returns

All sales are final and non-returnable. We guarantee the quality of our art, so if your order was shipped with a defect or arrived damaged, please contact us at orders@orisonsart.com within 24 hours of receiving your item. Photographs of the damaged packaging and art will be required. A replacement will be shipped once the damage claim is processed and the damaged art is returned.
